The Situation

We were appointed Receivers & Managers to a partnership whose partners had become bankrupt.

The trading circumstances of the hotel were such that it was not possible to continue trading and there were a range of residential and WHS issues that needed to be resolved.

The Solution

We engaged with experts to implement a range of measures to address the WHS concerns. We then negotiated with the hotel tenants acceptable timeframes to leave the premises prior to embarking on a broad sales campaign to drive interest in the hotel.

The Outcome

We successfully sold the hotel to a new owner who has great plans to turn the hotel into a regional tourist destination.
